When a person is trying to diet they could see that it can be rather difficult to do. That is when a person should know about the reasons that they need to use a healthy cookie recipe that is available. Since they can get that extra content they may not have anxiety about taking supplements or even worse yet having health issues that can come from eating fattening food.

At times you should consider these since they will typically help improve a specific aspect of their life. By improving a specific aspect of life they will not have to concentrate as hard on that part with the exercises that they could be doing.

INGREDIENTS

Whole Grain Cereal – 2 cups
Flour Blend – 3/4 Cup (includes, 1 cup of all purpose flour, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 cup to 3/4 of cupwheat germ)
Baking Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/4 to 1 teaspoon
Replace 1 Large egg with a 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Canola oil – 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract – 2 teaspoons
Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup
Ricotta Cheese, low fat – 3/4 cup
Plain Cinnamon sugar for dusting – as you wish

 

METHOD:
  1. Pre-heat your oven at 400F/200C and line oil a the baking sheet.
  2. Coarsely grind the cereal possibly by using a rolling pin or beat it a few times within the mixer.
  3. Inside a big mixing bowl, take with each other the flour combination, crushed cereal, cooking soda, salt and sugar-cinnamon.
  4. In an additional bowl, whisk collectively the apple sauce, brown (treakle) sugar, cooking oil, vanilla and ricotta cheese.
  5. Include the dried up ingredients on the moist mixture and mix gently.Drop by tablespoonful to the cooking sheets, leaving about a half inch in between cookies.
  6. Tone and flatten cookies with the rear of a fork and spread surfaces with sugar.
  7. Bake about eighteen to twenty mins, or until finally properly browned and crispy round the edges.
  8. Let it set in the baking tray for five minutes, then move to a cooling rack to let it cool totally. Serve these healthy cookies with strawberry milk or blueberry milk.
